Templates and intellectual property
Ui1st and its licensors retain ownership of the website, template designs, and related materials. Purchasing a template grants you the usage rights described on that template's product or checkout page. Unless those terms expressly allow it, you may not resell, redistribute, share, or make the template available as a standalone product.
Please review the product details and applicable license terms before completing a purchase. If terms differ, the license shown for the purchased product will apply to that product.
Orders and payments
Purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy. Payment processing, taxes where applicable, receipts, and checkout-related matters may be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies. Prices and product details are shown during checkout and may change for future purchases.
Digital products
Templates are digital products. Delivery, access, and any purchase-specific conditions are described on the relevant product or checkout page. Contact us if you need help with an order.
